Silica Fume is a byproduct which is formed in the production of fused Desilicate Zirconia. It is mainly applied in amorphous refractory materials, architecture, ceramics, pigments, chemicals and other industries. It can be used in the cement concrete, for it can reduce the dosage of cement. In addition, it can eliminate the material segregation, improve the strength of concrete, enhance wear resistance and durability, and improve the corrosion resistance of steel. In the amorphous refractory, the product can reduce water addition effectively with excellent thixotropy. It is the most ideal binding agent, binder, additive and admixture that can help improve performance. When it is used for the amorphous casting of steel ladles, it plays a heat-resistant and heat preserving role. When used in refractory material such as high aluminum brick, magnesia brick, sliding gate brick, furnace, the product quality can be improved and it can act a role that other ordinary refractory materials can not.

Our company adopts an advanced production technology of electric melting methods. The product has fine granularity, large specific surface area, good fluidity, and high content of SiO2. What is more the recycling of the resources has been realized.

Packaging : Supplied in a double-layer plastic woven bag that is sealed with plastic liners or in a craft paper bag. The net weight of each bag is 500kg, 300kg, 25kg, 10kg or other specifications required by customers.
